Customer Service, Amazon, Etc.
I wanted to take a minute to mention that our number one priority is Customer Service and Fast shipping. Now we may not be Amazon (however we do also have products on there). We are not a large company and are family owned and operated.
That being said we strive to sell quality items and back it with Fast, Free shipping and a satisfaction guarantee promise. If you are not happy with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
One other thing is that we strive to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we even post our phone number if you need to give us a call. If you call during hours you will be able to speak to a real person, or we will give you a call back usually within minutes.
I feel that is something huge anymore as these days it is hard to get any kind of service at a lot of businesses.
As far as Amazon we are starting to list some of our items as another option for our customers.
